    [Patch-Notes] March 17, 2026 - Demo

    Greetings! We have been performing a maintenance. As always, we thank you for taking the time to provide us with such valuable feedback! 🛑Warning! We haven’t implemented automated and incremental single-player saves yet . Your offline single-player world state won’t carry over after the patch. If you have a game in progress, you may want to finish it before patching. Secret Shark Level contest: Find Sharks, and become one yourself forever! However, we did manage to sneak in a new dungeon and several new runewords and crafting recipes as well as doing a bit of fine tuning and bug fixes. Dungeons Added a new “secret” shark level (well, its existence is no longer a secret, but how to get there is…) Singleplayer Added character and world selection UI to singleplayer mode You can now play more than one character and/or world in singleplayer You can now bring a single-player character into a new (or existing) world The last world for a given character is shown in blue The latest singleplayer character should be converted and appear in the character selection list 🛑 WARNING: Singleplayer worlds from before the patch do not carry over!     The Secret Shark Challenge

    A secret is hiding in the game… and we’re turning it into a contest! We’re challenging players to find the secret shark level and post a video of themselves discovering it in our Discord. The first 50 players to do it will get a shark named after them in-game, subject to editorial approval. How to enter Find the secret shark level Record a video showing that you found it (editor excluded) Post the video in our Discord Reward If you’re one of the first 50 valid entries , a shark will be named after you. Notes Names are subject to editorial approval Entries must clearly show the discovery path Only the first 50 approved qualifying submissions will count Good luck. Go find them Sharks!

Our team has been working heads down to fix some issues, and add new content! 🛑Warning! We haven’t implemented automated and incremental single-player saves yet . Your offline single-player world state won’t carry over after the patch. If you have a game in progress, you may want to finish it before patching. Public games creations have been disabled . You can still create private worlds and have your friends joining you! It does not currently boot you out of the dungeon on death as intended Teleport back to the entrance of a dungeon (from within a dungeon) by clicking on it in the full map Teleport back to the entrance of any dungeon you’ve entered (from the overworld) by clicking on it in the full map Bogie dungeon no longer closes unless champion Tyrant is slain Added a signpost explaining shift-click to attack in place / destroy walls in crypts Mobs / AI Mobs now have reduced aggro and follow ranges vs. players > 3 levels higher Removed strata damage from Disgraced Paladin Online / Server Temporarily removed public game functionality Restored the ability to name worlds Add the last world player visited to the world list (even if private) Added an intermittent character save in online games Misc Runes and Runeword items no longer despawn on regular depopulate Fixed various typos Game now properly reports what monster killed you when you’re killed by a projectile or status effect Known issue: environmental deaths are not correctly attributed
