HOTFIX 1 - October 2, 2026 - 3.2.2 Bug Fixes Fixed an issue that allowed players to spawn Elite monsters inside Training Ground dungeons. Fixed an issue where Moophisto was not dropping loot as intended.

Hey everyone, We’ve been following the discussions around the Hellfire Torch interaction that allows players to combine multiple charms, and we wanted to share an update. The team is aware of the issue and has spent time investigating it. While we’ve confirmed that this interaction is resulting in behavior beyond what was originally intended, we’ve decided not to make changes to it during the current season. We know many players have spent significant time earning the Hellfire Torch and building characters around it. Because of that, we want to be thoughtful about making adjustments mid-season that could disrupt those investments. At the same time, this interaction deserves a closer look. We’d like additional time to investigate the underlying issue and ensure that any future changes are implemented correctly and behave as intended. We’ve also seen the positive reception to the Hellfire Torch itself from many players. The item has created a lot of excitement this season, and we’ve taken note of the feedback from those who have enjoyed earning it and incorporating it into their builds. While we don’t have anything to announce today, it is something we’re considering for the future, which makes it even more important that we fully understand and address this interaction the right way. For now, we wanted to let you know that we’re aware of the issue, actively investigating it, and discussing the best long-term path forward. Hey everyone, We wanted to provide a quick update regarding some cosmetics that were unintentionally granted to players around the launch of Patch 3.2.2. Shortly after the patch went live, we identified an issue that caused certain cosmetics to be awarded to some players when they logged in. We’ve since resolved the issue and additional grants are no longer occurring. For those who received the cosmetics before the issue was corrected, you’ll be able to keep them. We know many of you noticed and had questions about what happened, so we wanted to be transparent about the situation and clarify our plans. Thanks, everyone!
